// Online purchases can be returned up to 10 days after the delivery date providing its in original packaging with the original tags attached in an unused condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer will also be responsible for covering the shipping charges of the returning merchandise.

SHIPPING
// Local pick up is available in Douglas, ON. You will be notified via email when your order is complete and available for pick up - this may take up to 5 days. Your order will be available for pick up for one month. After that, you will be responsible for arranging further pick up.
// Shipping is a $12CAD flat rate Canada wide. Free shipping on orders over $150CAD. Orders are fulfilled within 7 days. We use Canada Post for our shipping and returns. Arrival time is usually within a week but may take up to 21 days. During the holiday season these times may be lengthened as well.
